My little sister wants a pet rabbit and toy poodle?

Okay so my little ten year old sister wants a pet rabbit and a toy poodle they're like her favorite animals minus the cheetah in which is her #1 favorite animal of all time but we can't own those lol. So I told her and even my mom told her that if she could show us that she is responsible enough to care for a rabbit and a poodle, do her research, read as many books as she can about them, i'll go and get her one but I also told her she has to be responsible with her own belongings as well, i love my two little sisters to death and they mean the world to me and I would love to keep them happy and provide the best for them as being their older brother and keep them well-taken care of, so does anyone agree with me on this for a ten year old to own a toy poodle and a rabbit i'm even doing my "own" research on them as well lol, I think she's ready for one because she has proven to me that she is responsible enough to care for them so what do you guys think on this.
