Rate my cop. What can you put on the web regarding wrongdoings of an officer? What line is crossing the line?

Is there a place that lists what is against the law or conisdered slander or something like that? Not that it really matters, because the cops can make up anything they like and say you did it anyway, but just curious - how far is too far?
