Why is league the most watered-down in NBA history?

A lot of undeveloped talent has flooded the league in recent years, high schoolers mostly, who don't know how to play defense. The rule changes really screwed up basketball and made physical defense an impossibility. And yet field goal percentages have dropped significantly because, like I said, the talent is undeveloped.
