Armando Galarraga has the most upside of all the SPs listed above. He'll be 2nd in the rotation behind Verlander for the Tigers this season, and he's been pitching very well in the WBC so far. He's got potential for high strikeout production if he makes enough starts, and with the bats the Tigers have, he should be in prime position for 17 or more Wins.
