Ornate Horned Frog (PACMAN Frog) heating?

Your set up sounds ok with the heat lamp. I use a similar setup. I just get a huge bag or organic top soil from home depot(alot cheaper). Fill the tank about 3 inches deep and wet it enough so that its almost mud but not quite. And I just dump like 3 gles of water in the tank like every 3 days to keep it wet since frogs absorb their water through their skin. And I keep a 50 watt night bulb on one side of the 10 gallon tank 24/7. You can even Plant certain house plants in with him to give the tank a real look. Feed em a rat once a week and they r happy.
