Reset lynksys 160n router pword?

i tried pressing the reset on for more than 30 seconds and nothing happens. i plugged it in hardline and tried the http adress and when i leave the admin sn blank and pword i put admin, it doesnt work. when i put admin on both sn and pword it doesnt work. help me please.
