1990 Topps Uncut Sheet of 132 Baseball Cards...How Much is it Worth?

Very little, because the cost of protecting the sheet - they make holders for sheets out of the same plastic as standard size holders - will cost far more than the sheet's value. They are not scarce, they are a pain to handle and store and they are not popular with collectors. Scarce, vintage uncut sheets are another story.
