Has anyone else downloaded Death Magnetic?

Off of a P2P like Ares or Limewire, and found out that it's not the real songs off of the album? Because, I have recently downloaded them off of Ares, and came to find out that those songs aren't even Metallica, let alone songs by them. The answers I am looking for, are as follows: "What band is it really?" And, "Where can I find the actual songs without buying the CD (because I already have, and am not able to put the songs on my computer, no matter what I try. Unless you can tell me a way to upload them on my computer without 1) clicking/dragging, 2) ripping from iTunes, or 3) Copy & Paste.
