Most likely you're clean now. The whole "THC stays in your bloodstream for 30 days" thing really only applies to people that regularly smoke a pretty decent quantity. You should be fine. Make sure you pee before the test, as the first pee of the day has a higher concentration of stuff than it would as the day goes on.
