What are the strengths of monarchy?

There are very few, and they do not even come close to making up for the weaknesses. About the only thing I can think of is that a monarch can implement policies faster than other forms of government because there is no deliberation or debate involved in decision making. However, the monarch must be making the right decisions for the country for this to be a strength at all.
