When will i get out of debt and how long before my credit scoring gets back to normal ?

how do i get my self out of debt well i hve to pay back credit companys but im broke debt collectore letters arrive evry two weeks the will put me in court if i dnt pay up how can i get out of it i dnt work i hv children.
